2023 Oscar nominations announced : The film "Everywhere All at Once" leads with 11 nominations.

On tuesday 23th january the nominations for the 2023 Academy Awards were announced by actors Riz Ahmed and Allison Williams. The 95th Academy Awards will be Sunday, March 12, at 8 p.m in Los Angeles. 

The Swedish film "Triangle of Sadness" by director Ruben Ostlund has been nominated for threes Oscars: Best picture, Best Original Screenplay and Best Director (Ruben Ostlund).

Winners of the 2022 Guldbagge Awards - Congratulations!

On Monday night, 23th January, the annual Swedish film awards, the Guldbagge Awards took place at Cirkus in Stockholm. The Guldbagge Awards is the swedish version of the Oscars. 

Triangle of Sadness by Ruben Östlund won six Guldbagge Awards including Best Film, Best Director and Best Actress in a Supporting Role (Dolly de Leon).
 
Tarik Saleh won a Guldbagge for Best Screenwriter for Boy from Heaven and Historjá - Stitches for Sápmi won for Best Documentary award, and Little to Big picked up the award for Best Short Film.
The 58th Guldbagge Awards gala was at cirkus in Stockholm and the gala was hosted by Parisa Amiri at Cirkus in Stockholm.

Gala premier of the movie Babylon by director Damien Chazelle in Stockholm

Gala premier of movie Babylon by director Damien Chazelle at cinema Rigoletto i Stockholm.
The gala was arranged by Mia Jorpes, Wonderland event, UIP and Paramount Pictures.

Synopsis: A tale of outsized ambition and outrageous excess, it traces the rise and fall of multiple characters during an era of unbridled decadence and depravity in early Hollywood.

Starring: Diego Calva, Margot Robbie, Brad Pitt, Jovan Adepo, Li Jun Li, Jean Smart, Tobey Maguire, Olivia Wilde, Samara Weaving, Eric Roberts, Katherine Waterston, Flea, Max Minghella, Lukas Haas, and Spike Jonze.

This movie is wonderful, very good acting and cinematography. Margot Robbie and Diego Calva made a fantastic performances. The decadence of the 20s of Hollywood. The director Damien Chazelle’s directing was very good.
