The movie TOMBOY by director Céline Sciamma is
a French film. The film is about a 10 year old girl Laure (Zoé Héran), The
family has moved to a new neighborhood outside Paris. She is mistaken
that she is a boy. She wants to be a boy and she introduces herself
as "Mikael". Laure has a little sister Jeanne (Malonn Lévana). Laure has a good relation
with her. Laure likes to play football, she doesn´t like to play
with dolls and she wears sweaters. Lisa (Jeanne Disson), the girl in the
neighborhood mistakes Laure to be a boy and she likes him. Two
themes in this film: Idendtity and Gender. Beautiful movie.
