Ethan Hawke and Maya Hawke attended the Stockholm Internacional Film Festival

The Stockholm Internacional Film Festival is its seventh day with the screenings of films, activities with directors, actors and actresses that have been participated in masterclass and face2face during the festival.

This year, the festival is presented 130 film från 50 countries. The opening film was "Poor things" of the director Yorgos Lanthimos. 
Directors, producers, actors and actresses have been visiting the festival to promote their films. This year the festival have had the honor of having the visit of actor and director Ethan Hawke and his daughter, actress Maya Hawke, who gave a press conference and held a discussion with the audience after the screening of filmen "Wildcat" at cinema Sture in Stockholm.
The actor Ethan Hawke was awarded the Stockholm Achievement Award 2023 and he received the award during an ceremony at Skandia biografen on november 10th.

The British Director Ken Loach Receives Stockholm Lifetime Achievement Award 2023, (7.3 kilogram Bronze horse). 
Ken Loach couldn´t attend the festival because health reasons. Before the screening av Ken Loach´s last film "The Old Oak", Paul Laverty had a Face2Face with the audience. Screenwriter Paul Laverty accepted the award for Ken Loach at Skandia biografen. 
 



Catherine Breillat is awarded with he Stockholm Visionary Award 2023. She is a french filmmaker, novelist and film professor. Her film Last Summer will be screening and after it hon will have a face2face and receive the award at cinema Skandia in Stockholm on november 16.
